Clean Brushes

I never really thought about cleaning my brushes. I don't know why, it just never really crossed my mind. Finally while exploring Pinterest (as usual), I saw this pin about a way to clean your make up brushes. Then it clicked. I need to clean my brushes. HELLO!

So I finally did.

I bought e.l.f. brush shampoo a couple weeks ago and I used a tiny dot on my brush. Worked it in with my fingers and used a few cups of warm water to wash out the shampoo. I laid them out on a paper towel and let them sit for a little while.

The water was GROSS. But the brushes feel so good because they are clean. I love it. I will probably do this once a month or so. Plus the shampoo will last a while because you don't use a lot.
